The visitors can immerse themselves in the life of the merchants and their cheese trade by walking on two trails. From Lac Léman, and from Montreux where modern tourism originated, you will go over the Jaman pass in order to discover La Gruyère and Pays-d'Enhaut, source of Gruyère AOC and L'Etivaz AOC («Appellation d’origine contrôlée»), the very first protected designation of origin in Switzerland.
